House Rules
1. This is a bear-foot friendly home - Please place your shoes at the shoe rack provided at the entrance. You may use the slippers provided.
2. Keep the house in order before leaving / check out. You may leave the rubbish inside the unit (tie up if there are food remnants), would appreciate if you could wash the dishes to allow more time for sensitization process before the next check in.
3. Microwave, induction cooker & cooking utensils are provided but only for light cooking/ heating up of food.
4. Please do not try to move/ remove any decorative items or the furniture. Penalties will be imposed if any of the items found missing or damaged.
5. Any items damage done intentionally will result in forfeiture of deposit based on the cost incurred.
6. Strictly NO smoking or vaping- it will result in full forfeit of deposit or penalty of RM800. Once the cigarette alarm is triggered, you have to evacuate the unit immediately. It is NON NEGOTIABLE.
7. Parties or commercial shootings are allowed but host must be informed prior/ during booking. There will be extra charges ranging between RM150-250 on top of your accommodation fee depending on the purposes and amount of guest. Penalty of RM500 will be imposed if guest failed to inform.
8. Keep your noise level low after 11pm.
9. Go Green - always remember to switch off the air condition if you are not in the unit. We encourage you to use the portable fan provided
10. For long term rent, utility usage such as electricity and water exceeding RM120 per week (7 days) will be charged based on the usage above the limit of RM120/week. No limit on internet usage.
11. Please kindly place the board games and play cards back to its original order after using.
12. Please state the correct amount of guest that will be staying. Extra guest applies as per advertised at RM30/pax/night. Failure to inform will result in RM300 penalty.
13. please do not remove the gryffindor sword in the bedroom. We will not be held liable for any injuries should you choose to remove the sword
14. Kindly keep children out of reach of the sword for safety reasons
Please. take note that violation of any of the above rules may result in extra payment and charges to compensate the damage cost during the stay.
